Janet Jackson knows how to treat her former employees!
The iconic singer shared a special birthday tribute to Jenna Dewan on Thursday. Janet shared a cool throwback pic of the dynamic duo and wished her well on Jenna's 40th birthday. Dewan was a backup dancer on Jackson's All for You Tour in 2001 and 2002 and the two have remained close ever since. The kind Instagram gesture proves that Janet is a great boss and her love for dancers and artists will never quit!

The Bday Throwback
Jackson's tribute featured a photo of Jenner and herself posing with giant smiles painted on their faces and she included a loving note.
"Jenna I adore u. Such a good heart. Sending u much luv and blessings on your special day today 😘," Janet captioned the awesome throwback.
Her millions of fans loved to see the kind gesture and sounded off about how great Janet is in the comments section of her post.

Reunited On Stage
Jenna reunited with her old boss in 2017 when she joined Janet and the dancers on stage at the Hollywood Bowl. They performed one of the old routines from the All For You tour and Dewan didn't miss a beat. They danced to the song, "Rhythm Nation" and Jenna posted several videos backstage before and during the show while expressing her gratitude for the woman who gave her a start in Hollywood.
